Bowoo Singlefacer Belts
BOWOO manufactures high-performance single-facer belts designed to improve bonding quality, extend belt life, and support stable operation across major single facer platforms including Mitsubishi (MHI) and BHS. Belt lifespan varies depending on working conditions and environment. Under the same conditions, the lifespan of the BOWOO 60H belt type is about 20–30% longer, and the BOWOO 60G belt type lifespan is about 50–100% longer. BHS Expected Belt Lifespan 40–50 million meters (average) Competitors Mesh belt: 8–10 million meters Coated belt: 18–20 million meters.

Serra
SERRA has been an innovator and global provider of machine solutions for the corrugated industry since 1948. The company is best known for its die-cutting solutions with fast, reliable and fully customized workflows, especially the SERRAPID quick change die-cutting cylinders.
We also specialize in manufacturing other ancillary equipment such as mold storage, mold handling and most recently conveyor systems.
SERRA is a recognized global leader in peripheral equipment types and installed bases for single-pass digital printing, perfectly tailored to corrugated lines with fast, secure workflows that increase productivity.

Chalmers DST Testing Equipment
The Chalmers DST by Koru test measures combined board stiffness (machine direction torsional stiffness or MDT) in 12 seconds at the finishing equipment or corrugators. MDT is superior to unreliable testing measures like ECT, Caliper, FCT and BCT, and is more indicative of overall performance of the corrugated board and the quality of the manufacturing process.

Independent Project Management for Corrugated Operations
We act as your technical advocate — aligning suppliers, contractors, and plant teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, installed correctly, and performing to specification under real production conditions

Concept
Every successful project begins with a clear understanding of objectives, constraints, and expected outcomes. Adhesion Sciences works with your team to define scope, evaluate equipment and process options, and align the project with your operational goals. We bring practical, real-world insight to ensure early decisions are grounded in production reality — reducing risk and avoiding costly missteps before capital is committed.

Planning
Effective planning turns ideas into executable actions. We develop detailed project roadmaps that address layout, equipment integration, utilities, scheduling, and resource requirements. Our approach ensures coordination between plant personnel, suppliers, and contractors while identifying potential risks in advance. The result is a structured plan that minimizes disruption to ongoing operations and sets the foundation for a smooth installation and startup.

Execution
During execution, Adhesion Sciences provides hands-on oversight to keep the project on track, on schedule, and aligned with performance expectations. We coordinate vendors, monitor installation progress, and address issues in real time to prevent delays and cost overruns. Our presence ensures that decisions made in the field reflect both technical requirements and practical operating conditions within a corrugated manufacturing environment.

Delivery
Project success is measured by performance, not completion. We support startup, commissioning, and validation to ensure systems operate as intended under real production conditions. Adhesion Sciences works with your team to fine-tune processes, train personnel, and resolve any remaining issues. The goal is a fully integrated operation delivering the expected output, quality, and reliability from day one.

Training & Mentoring
Our Coaching & Mentoring programs are designed to help operators, supervisors, maintenance teams, and production managers better understand not only what adjustments to make — but why those adjustments matter. Through hands-on mentoring, troubleshooting support, and real-world production guidance, we help build stronger teams, improve consistency between shifts, reduce waste, and develop the next generation of corrugated industry leadership. Whether supporting a single department or an entire corrugator crew, our goal is to transfer practical experience into long-term operational success.
